TEACHING SKATING IN AURORA FOR 70 YEARS! A Community Skating Club with a Trusted Reputation for Teaching Excellence!
The Aurora Skating Club is a not-for-profit, volunteer based, community organization that is fully sanctioned by Skate Canada.
We have been teaching/training skating in Aurora, and its surrounding communities since 1953! We have earned a trusted reputation for teaching skating excellence!
Our mandate is to encourage, promote and support the instruction, practice, enjoyment, and advancement of its' members in all aspects of skating.
Our coaching staff are NCCP Skate Canada trained and committed to offering a positive and fun skating experience with every step (glide) on the ice!
Our Program Assistants are ASC STARSkaters who have completed the Skate Canada Program Assistant training and volunteer to help our youngest ASC members.
At the Aurora Skating Club we welcome all levels of skating and hope that by learning to skate with us, our skaters will build confidence, self-esteem, and friendships!
We offer skating programs for boys and girls; from CanSKate: learn to skate to advanced STARSkate: figure skating and Adult/Teen skating programs.
