Katie Sutton, Quad Gold Skater
My love for skating began when I first stepped on the ice when I was just 3 years old. The journey from that day forward has been unforgettable. Hours of dedicated training has allowed me to complete the goals I set for my self. I have had amazing coaches that have helped me every step of the way and endless support from my parents. Over the years my coaches have taught me how to grow both as a skater and as a person. The aurora skating club is a family to me. I hope to continue skating as I head off to Dalhousie University next year. I can't Imagine my life without skating. The ice is my happy place.

Last May, Hailey passed her Gold Freeskate test adding to her previously Gold Dance, Gold Skills and Gold Interpretive to complete her Quad Golds. Hailey's natural ability and athleticism coupled with her strong desire to success aided her in achieving her dream of attaining the 4 gold disciplines.
